How it was made
100% of this wine was pressed into a mixture of new and old French oak barriques and allowed to undergo fermentation without any intervention, utilising the indigenous yeast that grow in our vineyard ecosystem. Post fermentation, the wine was aged sur lie for 6 months to build structure and complexity.
The wine is immensely enjoyable now, and will continue to evolve and provide great drinking pleasure for up to 10 years.
